Intuition is a community of entrepreneurs and a team of multidisciplinary folks.

In one project, you might be the manager, handling all the little tasks and keeping things on track, while in another you’re quietly setting up HTML. In one case, you’re writing code; in another, you’re writing text. Sometimes you’re the one designing and staying connected with the client, and other times you’re simply consulting, supporting—or just not getting in the way. We don’t use official job titles. Instead, we set up detailed, transparent agreements for each project.

We want all creative people to be like us—flexible, complex, and resilient.

We believe in relying more on yourself, your skills, and your ability to adapt. In trusting your own experience. In leaning on a community of like-minded people. In depending less on employers with their org charts, quarterly plans, levels, and badges, and less on clients with their endless compromises. We also think it’s best not to get too caught up in trends, external norms, and background noise. It’s important to stay open, respect everyone, and be able to negotiate. But not at your own expense, okay?

All our own products are built around these convictions. The book The Complex Designer talks about work culture and professional standards from a very human-centered perspective—seeing things through a person’s eyes rather than a system’s. Design Checkup and Designer Roadmap help navigate professional self-education, while the Club for Calm and Independent Folks shares resilience practices. And the little snowflake just spins.
